Bye Bye Delhi, Hello Mumbai!
This is my last week in Delhi. I am moving to Mumbai next week to puruse a new opportunity!
Same company and same group but different project altogether. Not only a different project but a different job profile and one that is full of challenges. Needless to say I am really excited and all geared up to go.
I will keep this post short because I am really really short of time. More details in the next post.
This weekend will be spent in good old Ahmedabad as planned. I have missed Navratri for 2 years in a row now so this time I made it a point to be in Ahmedabad for Navratri. Many of my friends are also there in Ahmedabad so I am going to have a ball of a time.
That's all for now. Over and out.
The Delhi Bloggers' Meet a.k.a The Mystery of the Missing Butter Chicken
Yawn. Saturday morning. Woke up late. 11:45. Did everything at fastforward. Reached Cafe 100 a bit late at 1:20 for the Delhi Bloggers' Meet.
Had a great time. No fixed agenda. Freewheeling discussions. Tatoos to Technorati. Interesting people. Interesting topics. Decent food. Good coffee. No butter chicken as promised.

Just another update
Monday morning. Lots of work at office and here I am sitting at home blogging and checking my email. Am actually waiting for roomies to get ready since we try and go together to office to cut down on the auto-rickshaw fare.
It is damn hot here in Delhi. The rains in Ahmedabad are nothing compared to those in Kerala. And the rains in Delhi are nothing compared to those in Ahmedabad. Not even once, in Delhi, have I felt that monsoons had come. The rains come and go like screensavers, by the time you realise that it is raining it is gone.
Experience: 2 years
On this day, 2 years ago, I joined my current company. It has been a very interesting 2 years with lots of ups and downs, both on the professional front and personal front. In these 2 years I have seen 4 new cities (Trivandrum, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi), gone through around 2 or 3 job profiles, picked lots of new skills, made lots of new friends, lost touch with some friends, lived alone far away from my family and probably morphed into an adult. I still am not sure about the last part but well that's me.
