Delhi Bloggers' Meet

One thing I always regretted about Pune was not knowing the city well. Yesterday I was thinking the same thing about Delhi. Even though I have been here for more than 2 months I hardly know the place. And that’s when I decided that I will do something about it.

That is when out of the blue I came to know about a Delhi Blogger's Meet scheduled for this Saturday. So this is a package offer... I get to meet some bloggers in person and I get to make new friends (hopefully).

Gareth and Julian from BBC World Service Technology programme Digital Planet have come to India to know more about the culture of blogs in India and they will be attending the meet. Bill, one of Britain's leading authorities on blogging and Net activism, will also be present. And oh yeah everything about Bill, Julian and Gareth has been swiped from another post and I really do not know much about them or what they do. Nevertheless I am sure my first blog meet is going to be very interesting.

Probably the only thing that could spice up this event even more would be a sting operation by one of my all-time favourite reporters :-)

Hi Amit,

Am secretly hoping that something happens that makes the DBM more spicy that I expect it to be :-)

Hmmmm... Maybe I will pretend to be an undercover reported and see how you guys treat me!

Am looking forward to meeting you at the DBM.

Ahmedabad is nice place to live, Ain't it? :)
But offcourse Delhi is best after staying in Mumbai & Chennai I can say.

Pune is my favourite

Ahmedabad is a nice place to live in but most outsiders do not like it that much. Ahmedabad is best enjoyed by people who have lived there a large part of their lives.

My favourite city as of now is Pune. I like Mumbai too. As of now I do not like Delhi that much due to a number of reasons. Hopefully this opinion will change soon.

Will see you at the DBM.

Best luck

And my comment is lost as soon as I posted it. I refreshed a few times and tried IE as well but its not being displayed. Your cache is acting up again, I am sure this post shall be lost as well and eventually both the comments would turn up once the cache is refreshed.

will check it out

Will try to find out why comments are behaving like this. I could also just disable cache but that would make the serving of pages much slower. Let me see what I can do.
